As we had zero prior knowledge of the area, Franca's seemingly never-ending fund of information regarding the various neighborhoods in Prescott and the surrounding townships was invaluable. Even though much of our house search had to be condensed into a long weekend , Franca was able to locate and identify multiple properties suitable for our large family. I am sure that we were annoying as we contacted her so frequently and repeatedly, but it was not apparent. She was always available and maintained her natural persona of helpful friendly demeanor throughout. She proved to be an outstanding communicator in both fund of knowledge as well as availability. She was also an immense help with the negotiation phase , providing recommendations while allowing us to reach our own final decisions. She is best realtor ever!

Franca is absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with. She knows her market, is incredibly helpful and is just a joy to work with. We were so pleased that we bought a second property in Prescott using her as our realtor.

As she began to show us property, her insights and knowlege came through; and as we negotiated, and ultimately closed the deal, her professional wisdom and accumen in timing and 'reading the situation' helped us secure the offer over others who were bidding for the same property. She was always responsive and confident as the stress level increased through the various steps of the purchasing process. We feel we not only have found a professional realtor; but also a new, personal friend.
